Shipping Policy of Shine Infoware

Shine Infoware’s shipping policy describes all the crucial topics related to how your ordered products are delivered to you:

This shipping policy applies to all orders within India. Currently, Shine Infoware does take orders (offline orders) from foreign countries but does not handle shipment by itself. Kindly contact your local shipping partner or our sales team at sales@shineinfoware.in for planning overseas shipments.

Processing Time:

  • 100% of orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday or business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
  • If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team.
  • You can also track your order by calling our order helpline or emailing us at info@shineinfoware.in.

Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery charges vary based on your location.
  • Please review your Order Summary at checkout for specific delivery charges associated with your order.

Failed Delivery:

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details or the receiver’s absence, the package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
  • The return expense, including shipping costs, will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Upon Receipt of Your Order:

  • Please thoroughly inspect your package and goods for any damage or missing items before signing for receipt of delivery. Please record an order unboxing video of your packages so it is helpful in further communication with the manufacturer or service provider.
  • If you notice any damage or incomplete items, refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged,” and contact us immediately on the day of delivery.

Holidays:

  • We do not deliver on Bank Holidays and Regional Festivals. Orders placed on these days will be delivered on the next working day.
