This shipping policy applies to all orders within India.

Processing Time:

  • 100% of orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
  • If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team.
  • You can also track your order by calling our order helpline or emailing us at info@shineinfoware.in.

Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery charges vary based on your location.
  • Please review your Order Summary at checkout for specific delivery charges associated with your order.

Failed Delivery:

  • If your package cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details or the receiver’s absence, the package will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.
  • The return expense, including shipping costs, will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Upon Receipt of Your Order:

  • Please inspect your package and goods for any damage or missing items before signing for receipt of delivery.
  • If you notice any damage or incomplete items, refuse delivery or sign as “Damaged,” and contact us immediately on the day of delivery.

Bank Holidays:

  • We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be delivered on the next working day.
